Esmelou Yoga offers postnatal yoga classes with a focus on Mum - with baby yoga and massage for your precious baby.
Classes are suitable for mothers who have had their 6 week check.
Adjusting to life with a new baby can be wonderful and at the same time challenging. These gentle nurturing classes aim to support you to:
Gently rebuild core strength
Realign the pelvis and spine
Tone and re-connect with your pelvic floor
Relax, refocus and centre yourself with breathing and meditation – baby included!
Bond with your baby through touch movement and singing
Stimulate baby’s digestive and circulatory systems
Meet other mothers and babies
