POSTNATAL

Esmelou Yoga offers postnatal yoga classes with a focus on Mum - with baby yoga and massage for your precious baby.

 

Classes are suitable for mothers who have had their 6 week check.

 

Adjusting to life with a new baby can be wonderful and at the same time challenging. These gentle nurturing classes aim to support you to:

 

  • Gently rebuild core strength

 

  • Realign the pelvis and spine

 

  • Tone and re-connect with your pelvic floor

 

  • Stabilise joints

 

  • Relax, refocus and centre yourself with breathing and meditation – baby included!

 

  • Bond with your baby through touch movement and singing

 

  • Stimulate baby’s digestive and circulatory systems

 

  • Meet other mothers and babies
